Spending caps, a seven-day pause, a table you can close for good and independent groups that listen.

Said plainly: Lucky Boom belongs to MAIREKE LIMITADA (Costa Rica), operates under an Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority licence, and its terms follow Anjouan law. The licence is offshore, not national, so confirm that online gambling is legal where you are before you play.

Our commitment

Each Lucky Boom page carries an 18+ marker and a begambleaware.org link. Spend only what you can afford, and never chase what you've lost.

Tools available to you

• Self-exclusion by email from your registered address: it starts within 24 hours and locks the account for six months at least.
• Cooling-off: a seven-day pause whenever you ask.
• Session awareness: watch the clock and what you've spent, and step away now and then.
• Parental control: guidelines for keeping devices and logins from children.

Know the signs

Pause, or ask for help, if you:

• stay longer or spend more than you'd decided;
• borrow, or fall behind on bills, to keep playing;
• feel on edge or irritable when you try to cut back;
• hide your evenings from people close to you.

Keeping control

• Settle a budget and a time limit before you sit down.
• Treat it as a paid evening out, never as earnings.
• Don't sit down when you're upset, worn out or after a few drinks.
• Take breaks and read back through your transaction history.
