House terms

What holds for accounts, payments, bonuses and identity checks, printed in plain words on the back.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18, or the legal age where you live if that is higher, to register and play. Checking that online gambling is lawful at your table is up to you.

2. Operator and licence

Lucky Boom Casino is run by MAIREKE LIMITADA of Costa Rica and licensed by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. These house terms fall under the law of the State of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.

3. Your account

One seat per guest. Give true details, make sure the name on your account is the name on your payment method, and keep your login to yourself.

• Seats shared by one name, device or payment method may be cancelled without notice.
• Formal requests, self-exclusion and closure included, are accepted only from your registered email address.

4. Deposits

Payment must come from an instrument in your own name. The smallest deposit is €20, or €40 at the fifth welcome course.

• Cards: up to 10 payments a day and 40 a month, with a ceiling of €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month per card.
• Fiat and crypto tabs sit on separate pads and can't be added together.

5. Withdrawals and verification

Full KYC comes before every payout: an official photo ID, a selfie holding it, and a bank statement or utility bill under three months old, all in the same name. As an AML measure, deposited money has to be played at least three times before it leaves.

• Minimum withdrawal €40; orders reviewed within two business days.
• Limits on non-jackpot winnings: €20,000 a week and €50,000 a month. Jackpot winnings are not capped.
• A withdrawal above one method's per-trip limit may be brought out in instalments.
• You may cancel a withdrawal that hasn't been completed; the money returns to your play balance.

6. Bonuses

Each starter must be switched on in your profile before the qualifying payment; it can't be added later. Only one bonus dish can be on the table at a time.

• Welcome-menu wagering is ×40; the first live bonus is ×15.
• Top stake while wagering: €5 per spin or round, €1 on the first starter.
• Slots count 100%, the live restaurant 10%, table games and video poker 0%.
• Maximum win across all bonuses: €10,000; maximum cash-out after wagering: ten times the first bonus.
• Asking for a withdrawal with a bonus on the table cancels that bonus and its balance.

7. Dormant accounts

A table untouched for six consecutive months is charged €10 a month for as long as a positive balance remains.

8. Responsible gambling

9. Changes to these terms

Menus, bonus conditions and limits get reprinted, so check the current ones before you accept an offer. If a translation and the English menu differ, the English one prevails.
